Fantastic view from deck

This property was just what we needed- my main two things are cleanliness and an outdoor space (hard to find in Vegas). It was very clean and having a deck with a view was wonderful. Comfy bed and helpful staff- highly recommended!!

Great Stay and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. Everything as advertised! The valet service is awesome and the view from the balcony is out of this world. Location is close to just about everything don’t need to travel or walk too far to access the strip. Great service and hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Love not directly on the strip but short walk through resort and in the middle of everything. Very affordable with loads of amenities. Owner gave me all the information for my stay and provided everything I needed in the room. Staff here excellent!

Perfect location in Tower 1, bar and Starbucks right downstairs. Closest tower to casino. Condo had all the amenities needed for a great girls weekend in Vegas!

Very nice property with close proximity to the strip. Great views and pool/hot tubs. Housekeeping could do better job and mattress needs replacing, but unit was all we expected and needed. We would definitely go back.

Great stay all around!! If you are arriving late at night you need to go to tower 2 to check in. It was all very easy!! If your feet get sore from all the walking, the monorail is very close for easy access to the strip. :)

I rate this room of five star it was everything you could possibly ask for you really didn't even have to go out of your hotel for anything you had food , casino, bars and more and the best thing about it was you didn't even need a cab to take you anywhere you can walk right through the hotel and get straight to the strip

Nice unit. Dated common areas

The unit was clean and organized. The check in process was a mess, and the smell of the common areas ( esp along the moving walkways was awful. Decor of the buildings is dated for the age of the complex.

That part is managed by the MGM corporation, and they run many hotels in Las Vegas. On the contrary guests usually find all the amenities to be fantastic ! Room was not tidy (Dirty socks, food under couch, paper towel under bed), dope smell throughout the property, need more attention to detail if you want people to return.

Loved this unit and the owners were super nice!

I go to Vegas every year for a convention. Up until this trip, I've always stayed at MGM but this year we all decided to stay at the Signature Towers. Wow! What a difference. I loved this unit! It was clean, spacious and had a kitchenette which was perfect! The price was excellent and there are NO RESORT FEES!!! Also, the owners are awesome! They answered all of my questions promptly and were so friendly! I plan to stay in this unit every year! I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone.

Too many changes

I decided to stay in this property for the MGM Grand pool complex, the day of my arrival they changed a policy, and we were no longer allowed to use the pool, even thought I called in advance to confirm. Also, they do not clean your room, even if you request it. You have to call for fresh towels, linens and to have the garbage picked up.

Great time

This property is excellent. The monorail wasn't open still (which sucked) not owners fault Covids. You can take the duece up and down the strip. The view was great! If you are scared of heights stay at a lower floor had a friend in same room 12 floors up that was scary. This room was about perfect height for good views. Only tower 2 pool was open for the first couple days Tue-thurs. Then all 3 opened up. Again not owners fault. When vegas is 100% going again this is the perfect location! We had a great time and will stay again! Thank you so much. Some negatives in this post is just for Covid stuff in Vegas the hotel property was 100% what we wanted and expected! Great time highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay!

The room is wonderful! Amazing views from The balcony, comfortable bed, & amenities were awesome, along with, great communication from the owner checking in to see how everything is going! Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Great suite for anniversary! Right off the Las Vegas Strip with convenient access to MGM Grand. Louis provided all the details for our arrival and stay. My husband and I were very pleased and would stay here again.

Top of the tower luxe!!!

We had a heck of a time getting a parking pass and didn't quite understand trash and towel service. We were there for 2 weeks and loved the suite! The kitchenette was a must when staying this long and the bathroom is over the top luxury!!!! I am designing a suite just like this at home now. Managers were awesome about communication and the view is fab!!!! Yep stay here!!!
