Clean, spacious and right on the beach. Short walking distance from restaurants and bars.If we had questions, we received replies within minutes. We will definitely book this place again!

We booked this property for a sisters trip. Everything about it was wonderful. We loved the easy beach access and the views from our porch. Many laughs were had and memories were made during our stay, and we look forward to the possibility of staying here again at a future date. Our host was super responsive and made sure our needs were met and questions answered. The decor and rooms were perfect for the property, and the kitchen was very well equipped to meet our dining needs.Thanks so much for sharing this amazing property with us!

Besides a bump in getting the door code for entry everything else was great. Good location, all rooms were well appointed as described in VRBO, A good visit to Folly which is a delightful small beach town

The condo was everything that we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect. The kitchen dishes, utensils and pots and pans could use an update. Initially there was an issue with the lock code. After a number of emails, we were able to get in. We would rent this unit again.

We had an amazing 4 days in this beach front condo. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Steps to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds…I can’t recommend it enough! We hope to be back!

This is a nice place in an ideal location. The proximity to the pier was ideal. The place has a great balcony where we drank our coffee each morning. The view was amazing. The only thing I wish we would have known in advance is that the condo has a pretty strong mildew smell. Initially I thought it was due to proximity to the water but after visiting two other locations on the same street, I found that neither of those properties had the smell at all. It was bad enough that I had to rewash clean clothes when we got home to get the smell out.

Great location, clean, easy check in. A few blankets would be nice as the beds only had comforter. It was early in the season, so a bit cold at night.

The Casago group was a pleasure to work with. They responded to questions quickly and were pleasant. While the original place that we booked became unavailable, they were able to offer a comparable place and we enjoyed it very much. I would book with Casago again.
