I’ll start with the positives. Check- in process was incredibly easy. Unit was equipped for our needs, loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The location cannot be beat- stunning ocean views, easy walk out to the beach, clean pool, lovely screened in patio. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. That being said, this unit is in desperate need of updates. The door, the first impression of the property, was beaten and looked as though it had been broken into previously. I found no fewer than 5 hairballs in different areas, including the floor, shower, and even in the sheets in the kids’ beds, leaving the impression that the unit is not cleaned deeply or routinely. The humidifier in the hall had a very dirty filter which my husband cleaned out himself prior to using. Overhead fans in the bathroom which have never been cleaned. An old paint can left on the patio. Little things, that the rental company should look into fixing, that would make an impact for future rentals. We would love to come back to IOP, or even The Tidewater, but would look into other units to rent.

Hosts were very responsive. View was exceptional! Condo was clean and well supplied. Very nice towels and plenty of them!! Kudos for having a swing on the balcony.

The view and the sound of the waves - what more do you need?! Communication was top notch - there was not even any question re: door code, password, check out procedures, etc., I love how open and easy it was! The area is Beautiful!

The condo was clean and quiet. Sometimes vacation rentals can be loud, but this location really felt like home. Just steps from the beach, it was perfect for a week away!

The condo was cleaned and the view was wonderful. The only problem was being on the second floor you had a lot of noise from the third floor.

Comfortable beds and living room seating, easy access to pool and beach. Check-in process could be streamlined a bit (make sure you read all instructions carefully). Definitely plan on staying again.
