Wonderful Oceanfront Condo overlooking Pool & Beach new renovations January 2025

New Kitchen and bath, fresh paint throughout. Pictures available late February 2025
Located on the first floor- the large spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlook both the beach and oceanfront pool – exclusively for Seagrove Guest. The porch has a separate door leading to stairs that give an even more direct beach and pool access. All of this and it is just steps to the beach!

The open style interior allows the condo to live very large – with lots of space to just kick back and relax. Completely redecorated in January 2022, we have tried to think of everything you’ll need to begin enjoying your low country vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king bed (with soft and comfy 100% cotton sheets - perfect for extra softness when you’ve had a hard day of playing in the sun!) The master bath has a spacious walk in shower with a blissful rain style shower head.

Around the corner and down the hall, the guest suite is completely private. With a King bed and its own bathroom, guest will feel like they are staying in the master bedroom!

Both bedrooms have their own wall mounted large TVs and of course, we have top speed internet (1.2 GIG) top speed so even if you must do a little work while on vacation, we’ve tried to ease the burden as much as we can.

All of this and you are within very short walking distance of the heart of Wild Dunes – the Grand Pavilion, Village shops, Sweetgrass Convention center, hotel, shops, and dining.

We hope you will choose to stay with us and enjoy our little slice of heaven in Wild Dunes!

The condo was very comfortable, well appointed, and decorated beautifully. It was located in a convenient area on Isle of Palms with a good view of the ocean.

The condo was exceptionally clean, and you could tell it had been recently updated. I chose this condo because so many of the other choices in the area looked dated on the inside. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but the easy access to the beach made it convenient to spend time enjoying the beach. With the exception of groceries and shower soap, everything we needed was there. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Great location and views. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Very well organized and decorated. Issues with pool access and HVAC were handled promptly via text. Boardwalk access to beach seems permanently closed due to beach erosion, however, there's a walkaround path that opens onto lovely beach. We can't wait to return!

This is a nicely renovated condo. When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. The owner replied quickly to my messages and refunded part of our stay, but we had to move our belongings back out and stay in one of her other properties that night. Because it was a brief vacation, we lost valuable time. Still, we are all human, and we were satisfied with the unit once we were able to be there and we’re glad the owner refunded a portion of our cost.

Check-in process was super easy. Couldn’t beat the location
 easy access to the beach and community pool. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with supplies; we had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely rent this place again!

Terrific property and location!

Family- and kid-friendly property! Worked out well for our family in terms of layout. Unobstructed view of the pool and just steps from the beach. Short walk to the pavilion and hotel. We loved this property and will be back!

Great stay in Wild Dunes

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. Location and view of the pool and ocean was great. Only downside which is of no fault of the condo owners is the closest beach access was closed so we had to walk further to the next one down. Also, there are notes on how to pack the fridge when you first check in, as it does take a bit to cool down, but once it does it’s normal. Overall a great stay and look forward to doing so again.

All in all it was a really nice place. We loved the condo and had an enjoyable time. Need to mention just a couple of things 
We got in Sunday evening at dark and the light showing “ building 3” was out so we had a hard time actually finding the unit. A kind gentleman helped us. Signage could be heightened. The condo as a whole was great! However the bathrooms could’ve have been wiped over one more time before our arrival as there was a lot of long black hair in the bathroom vanity drawers and a few in the shower. Also there was food under the table -it looks like it was just missed during cleaning. The outdoor fan was very difficult to get on but once on it worked-possibly think about a replacement. Again other than those few things mentioned we loved our stay and would possibly come back!
