The complex's heated pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the sun, alongside a shared hot tub.



Beach-inspired decor adds charm throughout this fourth-floor condo. Enjoy views of the emerald waters and sensational sunsets over the Gulf on your private balcony. After a day in the sun, stretch out in the living area and watch favorite shows on the TV. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. A private washer/dryer adds convenience.

This unit was exceptional from cleanliness to area it was located. The kitchen, even though we did not use it was stocked with everything imaginable. The owner stopped by because she thought unit was empty. She was so nice to talk to.

Back patio faces the gulf, beautiful pool and hot tub, management helped us with check-in problems, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms! We are very pleased!

We loved IRB

The location was great. Several place to shop and eat within walking distance. Much calmer than Madeira Beach where we went for 20:years.

Had a great time! Would recommend to others! The mgt company gave us the wrong gate code for pool and beach access but other residents gave us the correct one, so it worked out. Our family had a blast!

Location is awesome, very close to main amenities of Indian Rocks. Also beautiful ocean front views, pool, hot tub and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had the bare minimum basics, but were clean and everything worked well. Overall great stay, location gives it extra points for sure!

Spring Break for 3

Sand Castle North was our home for a few days during my kid’s college spring break. What a relaxing property in a fantastic location. We took full advantage of the balcony, heated pool and direct beach access. We also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and parks. I would be happy to return again!

We had a great time at this home. It was clean. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. Great location to the beach. The pool and hot tub looked nice. We did not use these because we were at the beach all day. No problems with check in or check out. I forgot the code for the pool area and sent a message and the response was very quick We had a great time at this home. Thank you for a great time.

Nice condo, good location

We enjoyed the nice ocean view and good sized balcony at this condo. IRB is a more quiet area and the beach was not crowded which we also enjoyed. (If you want crowds and fun Clearwater Beach is only 10-15 min away) Parking is tricky if you have a larger vehicle but happily there are also guest spots. The condo has several decent beach chairs and umbrellas which we appreciated. The interior of this condo is fairly standard, nothing fancy. The twin beds are for smaller kids FYI. We enjoyed our week here and had no major issues.

Condo as described, great location and access to beach

The condo is just as described and seen in pictures. The location is amazing, a short (maybe 100-200 yards) from the ocean, within walking distance of restaurants and easy access to the area. The couch, kitchen table and kitchen look brand new. The only feedback I would give is some comfortable chairs on the balcony to sit, relax and enjoy the sunset. The condo does not have beach chairs, so if you want to sit on the beach, bring your own or rent them.

Girls weekend

First time to Indian Rocks beach and loved it! The condo unit was perfect for sitting on the balcony with the perfect view of the Gulf. All and all the unit was nice, had issues with dryer not working. Contacted property mgr. they submitted a service call but no one ever came out. The unit had basic supplies but felt it could have used a few more paper products. Ice machine was hit or miss and we needed up buy ice. Would stay here again if these items were addressed and taken care of

Two disappointments

Hi, My sisters and I were very pleased with the condo. The cleanliness, the location, the entire facility was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely rent this property again. I only have two things negatives. 1) there were tiny ants on the kitchen counters. I had to call 3 times. Finally, on our final day there, an exterminator showed up but he said the "bait" would not take effect for two more days. 2) the door code would not work properly. It might have been human error as I had other family members staying with me. But the codes I was given would work for a short while and then wouldn't. Also, the directions I received had the code on them but never stated to punch the "check" button once you enter the code. Maybe seasoned travelers automatically know this, but I did not. I will say that when I had to contact you about code problem again and again, the responses were quick but didn't always solve the problem. I had to use the key and could not return the key and lock box properly as I could not get the mechanism to work. However, I did place the key and lock box on the kitchen counter before we evacuated. These two reasons are why I gave Cleanliness and Check-In 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise everything was great. The facility had everything you could want and the gulf was beautiful until we had to evacuate :-(.
