A clean, comfortable, well maintained guest house. It is conveniently located on the North side of Kearney. It is very quiet, and has ample parking. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host, Ryan, provides free wifi and cable television. I would highly recommend this location.

Ryan’s house is a great place for friends and family to visit - spacious, clean, comfortable. He is a very responsive host, and check-in/check-out were smooth. The shower needs an adjustable shower head but otherwise a very nice place to stay that is reasonably priced!
