Take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to Falmouth Heights Beach, hop on the Island Queen Ferry for a quick 25-minute trip to Martha’s Vineyard, or wander into downtown Falmouth to explore local shops and restaurants. The Shining Sea Bikeway and the famous Falmouth Road Race finish line are also nearby, making it easy to experience everything this coastal town has to offer.

Back at the house, relax with your coffee and morning sun on the front porch, then fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner on the back deck as the sun sets. The large partially fenced yard is perfect for lawn games, and there’s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
