Location of property was good. However the unit itself is in desperate need of upgrading. Paint was peeling off the walls and door to balcony will not lock. Had an issue with the AC not working the first night but a technician came and quickly got that resolved.

This property was very outdated, and desperate need of repairs. The furniture is worn and not comfortable at all. The bed in the master is only springs, and actually painful to sleep on. Also, hope you like light because there's a light right outside the room in the hall and no curtains to block it out. It was fine enough, and in a great location. I would love to stay at the condos again, but not at this unit!

The condo was represented fairly well in the description. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. It definitely needs a deep clean and some cosmetic work done. It was tolerable for 1 week. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the sliding glass door does not lock, so come prepared if that is a concern especially for small children.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to fix meals and a welcome kit for cleanup. The property was well run and offered an abundance of activities for all ages!

The resort is nice and has great amenities, however the condo is lacking. Photos on listing are misleading. The furniture is borderline unserviceable. Several railing posts on the balcony are detached at the base. Wiring is exposed on the balcony light. Additionally there was visible dust settled on the paint peeling from the walls. I would not recommend staying in this specific condo.

Before arriving we were notified of water damage to the walls it was much more extensive then perceived. Upon arrival it was noted that the top bunk had not been clean as it was covered in food debris and disheveled. We also discovered the fridge had not been cleaned and there was still coffee in the coffee pot. Within an hour of being in the space our feet were black with dirt. There was nothing to properly clean with during your stay. The rug in the main room was so full of sand(at arrival) it definitely required a vacuum to be cleaned and had clearly not been. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well as the main bed in the bedroom. After complaining about the state of the floors we were given a swifter mop and cleaning solution to clean the room ourselves. The swifter barely made a dent in the dirt and needs a proper clean. We had no hot water but that was fixed quickly. We also discovered there is no lock for the sliding glass door to the balcony. This is a third floor room - a big safety hazard. The balcony railing is also rotting and so loose. The ac wouldn’t go below 75 even thought it was set on 60. The drawers and wardrobes were filthy inside. The furniture is more for a freshman college dorm than a relaxing beach condo. TVs didn’t work in bedrooms. The property is amazing the indoor and outdoor pool and water slide are 5 star, the property is worth it but this room needs to be properly cleaned and updated before it’s rented again.
