We had a great stay! The host was informative and responded quickly. We appreciated the house book that outlined everything we needed to know for our stay. The outdoor space was amazing - the outdoor kitchen was ready to use, the spa was very warm and plenty big enough for our group to use it comfortably, and the fire pit was nice as it was a little chilly during our stay. Beds were comfy and the entire place was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was in great condition and cute decor, just what we needed for a long weekend with a group. Enjoyed the large hot tub. Great location. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Will be back.

Was a great stay! The hot tub was a great and really came in handy when the weather ended up being much cooler than expected. The host was fantastic especially when we were having some fridge issues. They worked with us to get something figured out for the remainder of the stay. The only thing was the one twin bed was pretty uncomfortable but my friend always brings a back up air mattress just incase. But overall a great place and a great location. In walking distance to pretty much everything you’d need.

Great location for Jax Beach and local golf courses. Quiet neighborhood. Interior is updated to provide modern amenities. Backyard set up with hot tub, grills and outside seating was awesome.Thank you Mathew for your courtesy and communication throughout.Would definitely rent this location again.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The host was very quick to respond when we needed to contact them about issue with the refrigerator the first night there. They brought us a mini fridge and huge cooler to help keep our groceries cold. And ended up replacing the refrigerator with a brand new one during our stay. The only thing that was frustrating was the oven controls being on the front because any slight brush of clothing, across them, turned the oven or stove off or changed the setting. The house was in the perfect location and we truly enjoyed how nice Jacksonville Beach was. Fishing at the pier is very cheap and so much fun! And parking in town is free Monday through Thursday, which is SO nice! Besides this there is so much shopping close by and the beach is huge! We will definitely be back to Jacksonville!
