There is shopping center behind our building, use the key card to enter and exit the community. There are many restaurants and shops in the center
Take elevator to G2 to access the garage to go to Club house via underground parking garage.

The property is located in a beautiful garden setting. It is spacious and is very close to the subway. The building staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not get past the smell of cigarette smoke. The place needs a good cleaning. Even though we left the windows open to air it out the smoke is in all the towels, furniture etc. i loved Beijing, I would sleep elsewhere.

Thank you for posting the review! I did notice the smoke smell come from guest both air vent from time to time. I believe that the smoke come from neighbor below who smoke inside the bathroom. the smoke travel through the central air vent into my guest both room. I had since sealed both bathroom's air vent to prevent the smoke come into the apartment. The issue has been addressed. The apartment is cleaned by professionals cleaning crew regularly, and all the bed sheets and towels are done by professional laundry service. I do not believe cleanness is an issue.
