Our apartment “Märchenwald” is the perfect retreat for 4–6 guests, combining modern comfort with cozy Alpine charm. Whether in summer or winter, it’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Located on the third floor, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and an open living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and kettle – perfect for shared meals after an active day.

Step onto the balcony with stunning mountain views, breathe in the fresh Alpine air, or unwind in the house sauna after skiing or hiking. A TV and cozy seating areas add extra comfort.

Free parking is available at the house. Guests aged 14 and over are subject to a local tourist tax of €3.85 per person per night, including service surcharge, which will be charged by the host prior to arrival.

Best of all, the ski lift to Ski Arlberg, Austria’s largest ski area, is just across the street. In summer, countless hiking and biking trails start at your doorstep.
