Great coastal location! Take a stroll on the sand from home to the pier along the beautiful Oceanside Strand. About the owner: We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!
Why the Owner Chose Townsite, Oceanside, CA, USA:
We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
