Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated with prior approval and subject to availability.

No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests may use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and avoid littering.

No Parties, Events, or Gatherings

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The property is for residential use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, photoshoots, or celebrations without written approval.
Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and possible deduction from the security deposit for damages or disturbances.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host.
Additional pet deposits or fees may apply to cover potential damage or cleaning.
Unauthorized pets may result in immediate cancellation without refund and charges for cleaning, pest control, or damages.

Noise

Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Any excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Visitors are allowed during the day with prior host approval.
No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
The total number of people on the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the booking confirmation.

Cleanliness

Please help maintain the property for future guests by leaving it tidy upon departure.
Use the provided bins for trash and recycling.
Dishes should be washed, and any spills or messes cleaned before check-out.
Your cooperation in keeping the space clean and pleasant is greatly appreciated.

Security

Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not listed on the reservation.

Report any lost keys, damages, or security concerns immediately.

Damage & Liability

Please report any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues as soon as they occur.
Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused during their stay.
The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
