This welcoming apartment boasts a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a convenient Butler's pantry with a chair futon. There's a ROKU TV, and free wifi. We also have a record player and plenty of games and puzzles! AI says "Guests can enjoy amenities like heating, AC, a hair dryer, and an iron." And that's accurate! Also, this is a 100 year old home in a historic Memphis neighborhood! The balcony is perfect for relaxing and having your morning coffee! We have EXCELLENT water pressure! Primary bedroom has King Bed, Secondary has a Queen, and the Third Bedroom has two twins. Close to the Zoo, Overton Park, and Crosstown Concourse. GREAT neighborhood for walking! Small fenced pet yard! Unique decor in a quirky old house! Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place! This is a great, walkable family neighborhood! This artist decorated space with layered lighting, and private upstairs balcony is waiting for you!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood (decades ago as a young single woman) because I wanted to have kids someday and this neighborhood has the BEST public schools in the city. The historic district status and tree lined streets are also very pleasant!

What makes this property unique

Our house is OVER 100 YRS OLD! We have all the modern conveniences (Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Laundry, HVAC) AND all the quirky charm of a well loved, well lived in home.

Eat dinner at my great grandparents dining table, make a meal out of their community cookbook! Put together a puzzle or take that bubble bath you've been longing for!

Beds are super comfy and we have black out curtains as well.
