It was quiet and peaceful. The water shining in the sun, the beds- so comfortable!!!

The back porch, the chairs on the front porch. Two refrigerators :). The fish jumping, the canoe and kayak- enough room for entire family to be together.

Great Family Get Away

  • 4 of 5

This house is very private and away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the kayak and canoe. The fishing was decent, right off the banks. The beach area could be cleaned up a bit. The house is well kept and roomy. The water pressure isn't very good and there is a serious lack of towels. Overall, we had a blast playing outside, drinking coffee on the deck and playing cards, in the evenings.

Great for a big family. Worked well for a wheelchair. Provided our own ramp for front porch

  • 4 of 5

Worked very well for family member in an electric wheelchair! He could enter the mid level through the front porch with a ramp he brought and the lakeside level was perfect for him to enter and he was able to get his wheelchair in the bathroom! The property is not upscale, but very practical for large groups and child friendly. We had a wonderful time. The children swam and fished and kayaked at the property shore and there was a nice sandbar just around the bend.

Beautiful Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We had such an amazing time at the lake house for a big family reunion. Scenery is amazing! No cell service, but that may be what we all needed to enjoy each other's company that much more! Kayak and canoe were great to have ready to go at any time of day and enjoy the scenery. Brian and Jennifer were so responsive with anything that was needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lake house!
