We have stayed in Centre Court and Fazio Villas and love the location. This unit has some updates -- the bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is small but adequate. Our biggest complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft for our tastes. The furniture in the living room needs updating -- the cushioning on the two chairs and sofa also is so soft as to be uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our coffee and tea on the deck every morning watching the sun peak in over the trees and capturing the sounds of the birds singing their beautiful songs. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room while being updated on the day’s weather announcements. In the evenings we put together some munchies and enjoyed discussing our day’s activities. Having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo made it very private. The bedroom was quiet, and the bed was very comfy. This condo was exactly what we were looking for.

The locations is in the center of the tennis area and the General Store, Big Jim's, Alexander's and the Outfitters are very close. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The unit has everything you need, dishwasher detergent, spong and dishwashing soap, paper towels, laundry detergent. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans. We rented bikes and road all over the place. Riding bikes on the beach is so much fun. The pool was perfect and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The Dunes Buggy services from the airport was excellent. The clinics at the tennis center are excellent. It was an excellent experience all around and we would defineately come back again.

Great get-away!

We loved this location and our stay was so wonderful!! The area is perfect for our family and we had the best vacation!! (The ice make in the freezer leaked upon arrival, but I'm sure the owners can have it fixed easily. The dishwasher also needs bolted down bc it kept moving in and out of its place). The property was clean, decorated well, and the beds were very cozy. Great stay, and would highly recommend!

Fantastic place, very comfortable

This place is perfect and in a wonderful location within Palmetto Dunes (which in of itself is wonderful). It is centrally located to everything, but still only a 10-minute walk to the beach. It was clean, updated, well-kept and comfortable with a great balcony . We came down as 2 couples and the separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was great. It has a great kitchen (with blender) and all amenities. I would definitely return.

The unit was wonderful . But that is where it stops!

This was a very luxurious villa and located in a great spot. The problem came upon our day of arrival when the Palmetto Dunes desk staff rudely explained to me that I could not check in early even though I was there one hour past the designated check in time. Having resolved that issue the vacation went without a hitch until the final day we decided to go to the General Store for breakfast which is really good. Upon our return to our villa we find that the key code has been changed ! It is still 2 hours prior to checkout time. The Palmetto Dunes desk staff once again displayed the rude customer service as before and acted as though they were being inconvenienced without cause. After 3 tries a code was finally found that got us back into the unit to remove our bags. I would expect everyone to receive the same service, caution !
