La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière Keurig et de trois sièges supplémentaires. La salle à manger peut accueillir six à huit personnes. Le salon a été décoré pour le confort, avec une télévision HD de 50 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un enregistreur numérique. Les deux suites principales comprennent deux reines, des télévisions à écran plat et des salles de bains privatives. Le complexe Center Court dispose d'une très grande piscine communautaire privée et se trouve à quelques pas des parcours de golf George Fazio et Robert Trent Jones. En outre, vous pourrez facilement vous rendre au restaurant Alexander et au magasin général Palmetto Dunes. La plage est à quelques pas également!

A wonderful get-away vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year vacationing at Hilton Head Island, and our 3rd stay at Palmetto Dunes. The location is great - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The Condo was very nicely stocked and appointed - everything we needed. We had 1 small maintenance issue, which was fixed in 24 hours (on Sunday). One item - I didn't notice any smoke detectors in the condo, maybe I missed them?

Maybe replace the couch and chairs.

Great golf weekend

The golf was spectacular!The accommodations were spacious and very clean.The restaurants were reasonable and the food and staff were great. We loved the proximity of the General store.The grounds and beach were unbelievable.All in all everything was super!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit may be better suited for renters of a week or less. We stayed a month and probably would not stay at this location again. Facet in second bath sprayed water all over your clothes when you washed your hands, the stopper in the main bath did not work, the rug and/or couch in the living area smelled like pet urine, the silverware in the kitchen was awful, no king bed in either bedroom, beds in second bedroom were very uncomforatble (you sink to the middle), we were unbale to enjoy the deck as large bees hovered in the deck area and it appears were buidling a nest in the railing, the second bath was undergoing some "construction" by the tub, when you stay for a month it would be nice to have a larger washer and dryer - the one in the unit was very small and rusted - when i called to confirm whether there was a Keurig machine in the unit before we arrived, I was told no so I brought my own and when we arrived there was one in the unit! Floors are very uneven, when you turned the vent on the stove, it did not vent anywhere and just blew the steam all throughout the unit. furnitiure is dirty and couch extremely uncomfortable. Again it may be better suited for guests who are not staying long.

Nice spacious unit with 2 large bedrooms and plenty of room for our family if four. Great location within Palmetto Dunes. Easy to park at this complex and access to the pickleball/tennis courts, golf and beach is super easy.

The unit was well renovated with comfort in mind and we were pleased. Location is perfect for PickleBall, restaurant, beach and biking. The only issue is being first floor and loud neighbors above.

Excellent pickleball vacation get away!

We went there for the pickleball and was very impressed with the pros, skills sessions, and ladder experiences. The condo was clean, updated, and very close to the pickleball courts. The bikes were in great condition too! I would recommend Palmetto Dunes to anyone looking for a warm weather vacation spot!

Relaxing Winter Golf Weekend

Reviewer Comments: Very easy to book with resort, all tee times made in advance and adjusted due to some wet weather in departure day, staff extremely outgoing across the resort. Rental was recently updated and suited our needs. Pro Shop was able to store our bags while we golfed the last day as we were taking an Uber to Savannah, that was a huge deal for us. Will be back next winter.

Compared to our normal trips to hotels and golf properties it was nice to have the space to relax while still having a pool in walking distance. We were an easy walk to restaurants and the general store as well though we mostly went off property to find low key seafood bars.

Nice location but the unit is dirty and not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit and furniture is definitely aging - updated kitchen, big smart TVs, comfortable beds, but other than that it’s clearly not maintained much. The aging part isn’t a big deal but the unit was not cleaned for our stay. Our sheets looked clean and the kitchen was clean but that’s all. The showers were gross with hair from men’s shaving literally all over the walls and even near the ceiling. The floor had sand everywhere - it was discussing to walk barefoot as our feet got dirty from the dirty floors too. We could tell the floor hasn’t been washed in a long time (the baseboards have age old dust and grime that looked like has been there for months). The walls had large muddy smudges. The cushions on the porch are super dirty, old and have old dust and sand on them. I could go on, but needless to say we will not be renting that unit again. Overall, the location and view on the lagoon are nice, but the high dollar we spent on it was not good value for us.
