Great accommodations

A great place to stay. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course in the mornings. A very quiet and peaceful setting. Excellent and responsive communications with the host when we had any questions. No problems.

A Lovely Weekend Stay

Was there for four days. Close to the beach. Neat deck on the back for those morning coffees and views of people trying to golf. Over all, a very clean property, and the Host was in contact when I needed. Would definitely return to this property on Palmetto Dunes.

Updated/Clean/Comfy Beds/Great Location

This property is clean and nicely renovated. The beds are quite comfortable and guarantee a good night’s sleep. The well-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer are convenient. The unit is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms — ideal for a family & friends vacation. The unit is within walking distance to a bike rental shop, pickle ball courts, Alexander’s Restaurant, country store, and swimming pool. It is also a close walk to the Marriott Ample parking is at the front door. We will return for our next HHI vacation. Loved it!

Golf trip

Property was clean, updated, and in a convenient location. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, comfortable beds, all appliances worked well. Two suggestions. The TV in the living room is pretty big for how close it is to the couch. Mounting it on the wall might help some. Also perhaps having a small battery powered blower available for the front walk and back deck. Even with taking shoes on and off it is impossible not to track in leaves, dirt, etc. Reason for 3 star rating on the check in is wrong door code was provided and it took us a little time to get a hold of someone and receive the correct code.

Just a couple of hassles. The pass pick up information that we received by email was wrong. We went to the office on New Orleans road and they told us to go back to the pass office in PD. When the office staff member called the pass office, the pass office had the dates wrong. Once we got to the pass office, everything was fine. Just that extra driving at the end of a day of driving was annoying. The other issue is (and was last year) the code to get into the pool. The code that was sent to us did not work and people in the pool had to tell us a different code to get in and out. I appreciate the need for a code, since a previous year there was a group of 8 or so workers who decided to strip down and cool off in the pool while our family (and small kids) was there (!). But if you're going to do a code, do it right...(and the baby pool was a mess) But the property itself is fantastic. Just what we need and what we expect in HHI. Will likely rent again next year.
