Venga a relajarse en este condominio del segundo piso, con su decoración playera y comodidades completas con jardines bien cuidados con piscina y la playa a un corto paseo junto con el Parque Estatal Anastasia, YMCA, St. John's County Pier con plataforma de salpicaduras, playa vigilada, muchos restaurantes y tiendas. The location was perfect! The owners thought of everything as the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The neighbors all appeared to be very friendly. The ONLY negative was the neighbor downstairs is a smoker, and the smoke smell would find its way into our condo. The condo could use some updating, but is a beautiful place and well decorated. The queen mattress was super comfy!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Roomy condo 10 minute walk to beach

This property is a second floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo equipped with everything you need: dishes, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cart to carry it all! There’s also a nice swimming pool next door. It was everything we wanted. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Warm stay at a lovely home

Easy access to beaches and historic St. Augustine. Thoughtful notes helped us enjoy our stay and appreciate all that this charming condo had to offer. Well stocked kitchen and soothing decor. Sometimes the lights on all the electronics in the master bedroom were a bit too much, but the judicious use of the many pillows addressed our concerns. The sense of family and their love of this home was clearly evident. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Nice and clean and very well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! Communication with them was great also. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. We look forward to our next visit here!

Relaxing stay

Very nice place near St Augustine Beach

Apartment is nice and clean and very near the beach. (5-10 minutes walk to the Pope Rd beach access). The apartment complex is well maintained and quiet. Location is just across the parking lot from the pool, and the pool is nice and clean. Apartment pictures were accurate and captured the feel of the apartment well.

Cute Bungalow

Convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Accommodations were clean and the Keurig was stocked. Community pool is right next door so you can go to the beach and then a swim in the pool conveniently. I would stay there again.

St Augustine Beach condo

The condo was an adequate amount of space for our 4 week stay. It was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The walking/bike trail was really great and we walked almost every day. The floors in the condo were not clean. Our socks were very dirty every day and I tried Nottoway walk around in bare feet. On the days that I did, the soles were black and I had to wash them before getting into bed. The kitchen is quite small but had most of what was needed. There was very little space to keep groceries because there were multiple sets of dishes and glassware. We enjoyed the Keurig ! The outside space was just a corner of a busy walkway, so we couldn't enjoy it very much. The picture in the listing confused us.

Great location to everything!

We enjoyed our visit to this cozy place, and it felt very welcoming. We walked to the beach and found some beautiful shells—many restaurants nearby and a few minutes to St. Augustine. The host was very kind and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.

A true piece of paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Every modern convenience you could want or need, pool is directly across from you and is a good size. The beach is a short walk, or drive if you prefer.. Close to several restaurants, shopping options and not far from downtown if you prefer to explore some. The owners were easy to work with and the check in process was easy.

Best beach house on the block!

This VRBO is a phenomenal home. Situated within walking distance of the beach and across from a pool, this place is all about location, location, location. We have never been to St. Augustine, and we now have a full week of amazing memories at this VRBO and around the island. The place is clean, exceptionally well kept, and has that great beach vibe that anyone should want. Renting the place was very easy, and Mary was highly accommodating. We experienced only one very minor issue (not their fault!) and Mary was on top of it instantly. The closets have everything a family would need for the beach, which was delightfully unexpected, and all the kitchenware for a stay. There were even toys for the kids to play with, books to read, magazines to browse, brochures for activities around the island, and movies to watch. We loved our stay here so much and would ABSOLUTELY love to stay again! Thank you, Mary and Derry!

My husband and I enjoy sharing St. Augustine with our children and grandchildren. We love the beach, the restaurants especially Mango Mango's and Cap's, the splash pad, The Alligator Farm and all the history and culture. I want you to be comfortable whether you are being active or hanging out on the beach.
I am fluent in American Sign Language for Facetime. I also speak some Spanish, German and French.

We LOVE St. Augustine! We wanted to have our own little piece of Florida here and to be able to share it with others. It is located in our favorite part of St. Augustine Beach, close to everything we love to do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is in a residential community(not a resort) but close to the beach, state park, YMCA, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Guests can work, play, sightsee or just relax.
