Great Condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and tidy. Wonderful location away from the beach but still close to Lewes and Rehoboth. We will definitely be back to this spot. Consider this is a 3rd floor walk up and be sure to bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping - there are blinds but no curtains and early morning singing birds.

I was disappointed that the condo was a third floor walk up. Nowhere was this mentioned. We are seniors and never would have booked a third floor. Also, said no pets and the condo smelled like pets were there.

The listing does specify that this home is accessible by stairs only, though we understand this may not have been as prominent as it should be for those with mobility concerns. We’ll review the listing details to make sure this is highlighted more clearly moving forward. - Regarding the pet concern, this home is a no-pet property. While no animals are permitted, we recognize that some guests may be sensitive to odors, and we’ll work with our professional cleaning team to ensure the condo continues to meet our high standards. Great condo, great location

Unit is situated in a great location with easy access to bike trail, restaurants and Lewes town. The condo was very clean, with nice quality bed and bath linens. Property manager was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Only cautions, the unit is a third story walk-up, which maybe a concern for those with limited mobility; rooms are equipped with blinds that are not room darkening and morning sun in master bedroom is quite bright. Overall was fabulous experience and would stay again.

Great vacation

Our stay in Lewes was wonderful. Staying in the Five Points area made it easy to get to the beach but also to surrounding areas, such as Dover and Philadelphia. We had everything we needed at the condo including pool access. We're hoping to return again next year.

Great family getaway

Our stay was great. Wish we could have stayed a tad longer! Very convenient location to Lewes and Cape Henlopen. The place was tidy and well appointed for a short stay. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated condo *32 steps to 3rd floor!

Beautifully decorated, and spacious condo. The condo could have been cleaner and the duvet covers were definitely dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The stains on the carpet were an eye sore. Had I know that this condo was located on the 3rd floor (32) steps, I wouldn't have booked. I was traveling with a senior who recently had a knee replacement. Overall, the stay was ok.

My family loves the beach; this location was great, just a short ride. Condo and pool were perfect, walking distance to groceries, restaurants…we would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent apartment for 2 couples

The apartment was very well set up for two couples. It was spacious, very well maintained, nicely decorated, and quiet. As advertised, it was in easy reach of Cape Henlopen park and restaurants. While we liked being on the 4th floor, some might feel climbing the stairs was a drawback.

Nicely decorated, quiet and in a convenient location. One recommendation, switch to unscented laundry detergent and fabric softener. The scent aggravated my allergies.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was lovely, very clean and spacious. Exactly as it appears in the photos. The Five Points neighborhood is beautiful, great for riding bikes or walking. The owners were friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment and felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Condo was clean and very comfortable. The location is great, with many places to eat within walking distance. We really enjoyed how close the walking trail was. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great place

The apartment is very nice, and comfortable. Good location, there are some restaurants right across the parking lot, and a supermarket is just in a walking distance.

Pretty Perfect...An Absolute Gem!

We will keep this one on our list indefinitely, as our stay here has made it a no-brainer decision to return to Lewes, DE. All accommodations were as-listed, the condo was clean, wonderfully styled, spacious, and very conveniently located. The neighborhood is comfortably quiet and the condo is located 1 minute from a Walgreens and a Weis Grocery store. There's room for at least three out on the screened in porch/balcony. The bedrooms are generous and cute, and our master bed was quite comfortable. There's Wifi and an amply sized VIZIO smart TV, for those who like to relax with a bit of streaming entertainment. We were well-at-home here, and are sad to leave. We'll be back, for sure!

Easy and convenient

Last minute wkend get-away. Condo was clean and simple, plenty of space for 2 people. Location was convenient for us. Overall everything was fine. Bed was ok on comfort level. We dined out and didn't cook. Kitchen had basic items, but needed a roll of paper towel, just to dry your hands or wipe the counter. One thing I've never been asked to do before at a rental was take the sheets off and put in the hamper at departure, didn't care for that.

Quiet, relaxing stay.

Property had everything needed for a two day stay. Grocery, restaurant and stores close by for last minute needs. Good location for our purpose. Trail for walking, playground and tennis courts available. Thank you!
