The large wrap around 3 season room has a large sitting area along with a table for dining with beautiful pond views. Plantations is a beautiful community with green space, ponds, mature landscaping and walking paths.

The property was in a great location. I only needed to reach out to the host once during my stay and he was very responsive. The property was very pet friendly, even had toys and poop bags, in case we'd forgotten them. I would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to others.

Relaxing,clean and quiet environment made for a great vacation! Bright and spacious wrap around porch. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, right off of them. With an equipped a kitchen for cooking needs/storage. even went out for a walk a couple mornings, and the neighbors are very friendly!

We were coming to DE for a family anniversary party. We wanted to rent a pet friendly rental so we could bring our young pooch with us. The condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our entire family plus our pooch. Would definitely recommend!!

This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and was a great place for our family to stay. The main bedroom was large with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds for our teens, and a clean bathroom between their rooms. The main room had really comfortable furniture with a large TV, a few games, and footstools under the coffee table that were a nice surprise. The 3 season porch was a favorite as we played games or read a book and enjoyed looking over the pond. The condo complex was quiet and a nice place to be able to go for a run. The beach being less than 10 minutes away was perfect as we were away from the busiest parts of Rehobeth Beach but within a quick drive. Bohdan was very helpful and communicative. He responded very quickly with any questions I had, including telling us the best beaches for sunrise and sunset. :) He also had a binder with local information and beach chairs and some toys available to take to the beach. He also responded quickly when we found out that the blender was broken and brought us a new one the next day! We were extremely happy with our stay and were sad when we had to leave!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I scheduled a last minute quick 2-night getaway to celebrate the end of school for our two children. I loved we were able to bring our dog as the host allowed over 20 pounds (which is hard to find). The rooms were plenty spacious, kitchen fully stocked, lots of games/ puzzles/ activities to do together. The location was also perfect for us. We liked be tucked back in a private community, which was very quiet at night. We had an amazing time!

My family enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect as it was close to the venue, and to my brother’s house. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was unfortunate that it was pollen season, we couldn’t utilized the big screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, we did cook there, but there was no usable baking pan, so purchased a throw away one. I have gotten used to traveling with my own pan for breakfast, and spatula. The AC was comfortable, it was easy to get into the house with the lockbox. This is a second floor apartment and I didn’t read that clearly, it wasn’t a big deal, but the picture in the description looks like you are staying in a house, this is a condo complex. So it was a bit unexpected. We all had a good time, I would stay here again.

Great Location!

This is not a beach front stay, nor does it pretend to be. But it is an awesome location. It is really close to everything without feeling close to everything. Instead, it is nestled out of the way in a cute development where we had views of the fountains in the ponds and were woken by the birds in the trees outside. But we were 10 minutes from Dewey, Lewes, or Rehoboth. Food, shopping, and attractions were all close too. The place was cute, and felt larger than it was because of the wrap around. The owner was great about communication. The beds were much more firm than my family prefer, and some napped on the sofa or love seat instead. And i think the cleaning crew should take a little more time, but that was minor, like smudged mirrors or glass and not so clean under things. Nothing major. It was nice not to have to bring linens, and having toiletries available was a great bonus too.
