It was a pleasure having you here, you were luck to have missed the heat wave that followed after your departure.

Dear Hans, Thanks for your review, it was unfortunate that the AC was not working during most of your stay. (Working now, as the last couple of days before your departure). Of course I was very concerned about your well being and tried my upmost to find a solution, hence, had the electrican out as soon as possible, and got you extra fans. Plus I had compensated you above the legal requirement to make up for the inconvenience. It really was out of my hands, I appreciated your patience. The council had sent the electric board to check the voltage in many areas, the joys of island life.

It was my pleasure to have you and your lovely family stay at the villa. I'm glad you had a good time. And also thank you for taking care of the place as your own home.

Thank you, it was a lovely having you here. You and your group were very considerate to the use of the house and of course I am grateful. I hope you visit again, it would be my pleasure. I'm glad you were able to navigate down the lanes, next time a smaller vehicle would be idea as there are many small roads in these parts.

Grazie per la recensione Cerchiamo di fare del nostro meglio per far sentire le persone a proprio agio e avere tutto in ordine. Le cose sono state un po' affrettate dato che hai insistito per arrivare prima e poi fare il check-in e aspettare fuori quando faceva caldo, il che per me non è un modo piacevole per permettere al mio cliente di iniziare una vacanza, mi dispiace che il kit del sapone sia stato trascurato nella fretta. Per quanto riguarda le zanzariere, sono state cambiate molte volte e sapevo che erano perse ma ancora funzionanti e non possono essere riparate mentre abbiamo clienti che soggiornano. Sfortunatamente è stato alla fine dell'estate che hai affittato, quindi quest'anno abbiamo avuto un'estate eccezionalmente calda, probabilmente i filtri dell'aria condizionata dovevano essere puliti, se me ne avessi parlato avrei mandato il tecnico Samsung a farlo
