Two spacious king bedrooms and two cozy queen bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The house features three full bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in the detached garge- great for guest or in-laws. Endless hot water thanks to modern tankless water heater, plus high-speed internet.
Step outside to your private backyard paradise featuring a sparkling saltwater pool with a slide, outdoor kitchen and two outdoor TVs- all complemented by a Sonos sound system. Evenings are best spent by the fire pit, while kids will love the swingset.
The property offer direct water access- ideal for kayaks and small boats- though waterway is narrow & shallow.
Conveniently located Approximately 12 minutes from Veterans State Park, 20 minutes from Cordele, 20 minutes from Americus.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Start the dishwasher with any used dishes. (Pods are under the sink)
• Set both thermostats to 76° in COOL Mode
• Make sure no personal items or trash are left in the yard, dock, or pool area
If outdoor kitchen trash cans were used please be sure to empty & take trash to the bin at the end of the driveway
