Two spacious king bedrooms and two cozy queen bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. The house features three full bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in the detached garge- great for guest or in-laws. Endless hot water thanks to modern tankless water heater, plus high-speed internet.

Step outside to your private backyard paradise featuring a sparkling saltwater pool with a slide, outdoor kitchen and two outdoor TVs- all complemented by a Sonos sound system. Evenings are best spent by the fire pit, while kids will love the swingset.

The property offer direct water access- ideal for kayaks and small boats- though waterway is narrow & shallow.
Conveniently located Approximately 12 minutes from Veterans State Park, 20 minutes from Cordele, 20 minutes from Americus.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Start the dishwasher with any used dishes. (Pods are under the sink) • Set both thermostats to 76° in COOL Mode • Make sure no personal items or trash are left in the yard, dock, or pool area
If outdoor kitchen trash cans were used please be sure to empty & take trash to the bin at the end of the driveway ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS AT ANY TIME.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless — easily one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed in — and it was perfectly stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable visit.The house itself was incredibly cozy and welcoming, with comfortable beds that made it easy for all 5 of our guests to relax and feel right at home. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and the host’s communication was outstanding from beginning to end. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.The outdoor space was truly the highlight for us. The pool was fantastic, and the back porch and outdoor kitchen created the perfect setup for relaxing evenings, meals together, and enjoying the lake atmosphere. It felt like a private retreat!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained Lake Blackshear getaway.

My family rented this home for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable and the home and pool were very clean. Easy check in and a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
