The stay was great and the location was perfect. Not to far from SLC and the mountain views around the property was immaculate. Highly recommend stay at this neighborhood friendly location. The host was great and their instructions for the property was clear. I will definitely be visiting again!

We had a great time at this property and appreciate the cleanliness and how easy it was to check in and out. However, the beds were super firm and not very comfortable. The furniture overall was uncomfortable. Also, it would be helpful if the kitchen had things that made cooking easier such as mixing bowls and spoons as well as measuring cups. We left a set of measuring spoons to help the next guests.

Overall, we had an okay stay, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The biggest disappointment was that we never had access to the community pool during our entire stay because no pool key was provided. We reported the issue early in our vacation, but it wasn't resolved before we checked out. Pool access was one of the primary reasons we booked this property, and while we understand the HOA was involved, we were disappointed with how the situation was ultimately handled.There are also a few maintenance items that need attention. The master bedroom bed frame is loose, which made the bed feel unstable and may be contributing to the uncomfortable mattress. One of the dining room chairs was broken, and the flooring at the top of the basement stairs is loose and beginning to come up, which could become a safety concern.A few things to know before you arrive: the refrigerator's water and ice dispenser are disabled, so there is no drinking water provided in the home. We assumed the fridge would have filtered water based on the photos, but were told it is not an advertised amenity. The refrigerator is also completely empty, so plan to bring all of your own basics, including condiments if you'll be cooking.The home itself was otherwise clean and matched the listing, but between the lack of pool access, the unresolved maintenance issues, and the response to those concerns, our experience did not meet our expectations.
