The place was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, and snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept so well! We would gladly stay there again.

We have only good things to say. THe hosts are excellent people, more than willing to go extra mile(s) for you to make your stay comfortable. Much more than 5 stars.They had a fully stocked play toys and things for the toddler in our group, provided a nice pack and play and mattress. The property is in a safe residential neighborhood, close enough to some shopping and food. There were snacks, coffee, tea etc stocked. Rooms were clean and fresh. A nice touch was the hand written welcome note. We could not ask for more. Will stay there again when needed.

Three of us were in Chicago for a songwriter retreat a the Old Town School of Folk Music near Lincoln Square. I found this property on VRBO and thought it was a much better deal than getting three hotel rooms and would provide us much more flexibility. Hector was very responsive to any messages and the check-in process was pretty straightforward (although it did take us a couple times to figure out the door lock). Free street parking was welcomed; we usually found a spot pretty close to the residence. We were even greeted by a cute bunny in the yard upon our arrival.The place itself is beautiful; it looked to be newly-refurbished and had everything you would want along with some things you didn't know you wanted and was furnished with snacks and coffee. There's a nice living room area which was perfect for sitting around, playing music, and chatting. It was a direct and relatively quick drive to our workshops and taking an Uber from there to Wrigley Field for a Cubbies game was handy and relatively inexpensive.The neighborhood had all the basics including coffee shops, Walgreens, and a couple of restaurants and seemed totally safe.All in all, it was a very nice experience and I intend to reserve it again for a return trip.

Our stay was fantastic! Home was super clean and very spacious for our family our 5. Hector was very attentive providing timely updates and instructions and even went out of his way to have construction rescheduled to not interfere with our stay! Location was quiet and there was plenty of street parking. 100/10 experience and would highly recommend!!
