A. Beachside Villa uses a door code for self-check-in, but a separate key is required for the complex gate. We’ll provide access to both on your arrival date.

Q. Is there laundry available on-site?
A. Yes! The Nautilus Galleria complex offers a convenient shared laundry facility for guest use.

Q. Where can I park my vehicle?
A. Open parking for one vehicle is allowed for guests. Additional vehicles, golf carts, and boat trailers must be parked street-side.

Q. Are pool or beach towels provided?
A. We recommend bringing your own pool and beach towels, as these are not supplied in the condo.

Overall stay was good. Very close to the beach. My only complaint was that there were ants in the unit. We bought 60 worth of pizza and 1/2 of it had to be thrown away because the pizza was placed on top of the stove while we watched TV.

I thought the condo was directly on the beach bht other than that it was a nice stay. I liked the indoor green house with pool and hot tub.

Great beach getaway

Everything about this rental was nice and according to the descriptions. The walk to the beach was easy and short. We ate at the Boathouse but unfortunately not too many other things within walking distance. Would recommend this property.

One of the outlets wasn’t working. The light by the fan wasn’t coming on. There was a measuring cup that wasn’t clean in the cupboard. Other than that everything was fine.
