Welcome to our Mt. Pleasant Cottage—freshly renovated and thoughtfully designed. The spacious living area is perfect for families and friends to relax. Sip your morning coffee on the private porch or patio while enjoying views of the fenced backyard and serene pond with fountain. Explore Charleston and Mount Pleasant, from sandy beaches and historic sites to top dining and local attractions.



The Space:

This newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom bungalow is perfect for your vacation. 2 beds in the home fit 4 adults comfortable. This home is equipped with everything you will need and feel right at home. Pet Friendly and fully fenced. PET FEE - $100. 2 Parking spaces directly in front of the home.

We felt secure and loved Mount Pleasant. So much to do nearby and very close to historic Charleston. Quiet neighborhood and our dogs had a yard to play in. Only downside was long grass so more challenging to clean after the pups but that was a tiny issue and certainly didn’t impact our stay.

Best stay in the cutest and coziest home in Mt. Pleasant!! The home is in an excellent location and a 10-15 min drive to Sullivans Island beach and Isle of Palms beach. The home is so well stocked and the host is very accommodating and responsive. Loved the fenced in yard for our small pups! Will definitely stay here again when we come to Charleston!

It was the perfect for us. The home was clean, well appointed, and had great parking. We brought our 24 foot boat and had ample room to park. Close to shopping, groceries, and close to boat landings! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and updated cottage! Quiet neighborhood in process of rejuvenation- but extremely convenient and central to beach, Shem Creek, restaurants, etc. Easy and inexpensive Uber. Fenced back yard and back porch were amazing for our dogs and morning coffee. Well stocked, comfy beds- would absolutely stay again!!

Immediately welcoming! Very clean and well decorated. Stocked with everything we could need. Big fenced backyard was perfect! We were able to sit and have coffee on the back porch while the pups played. Neighborhood just okay, but the overall location is a big plus. We would stay again.

Many problems with the condition of the property. Old house but the renovations were unskilled. Step down into the primary bath is a big tripping hazard. Back doors have a big gap and flies constantly come in. Furniture is old, stained and very uncomfortable; living room appears to be furnished with cast-off college student-type sofas. Air conditioning is inefficient, with the primary bedroom and bathroom very hard to get cool. Necessary to run the AC fan constantly to avoid loud noise when the compressor turns on if set on auto. Yard was unkempt; had to ask the host to get the grass cut. Fenced yard isn’t good for a small dog because there are numerous rotted holes in the wooden fence. Kitchen is very inadequately furnished for cooking, with cheap utensils. Stove takes a long time to heat. Running dishwasher depletes all hot water. Poor value for the cost; would not stay there again.
