Front balcony with ocean and sunset views faces Olas Altas beach. Big tiled back balcony faces Stone Island and Cerro del Vigia and is perfect for entertaining. A few minutes easy walk to Plaza Machado, a multitude of restaurants and shops, bus lines, and the big central market, Secured covered parking. Suitable for 1 or 2 people. Small quiet pet negotiable. 4 storey walk-up in a quiet building (no elevator).
