Mazatlan Moonlight condo. Newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo on the beach with pool and tennis courts . Located on private -quiet dead- end street just 1 block from el cid marina and marina golf course. Close to nightlife but tucked away tranquility.
Entire condo , newly remodeled with modern appliances - stainless steel fridge, water filtration, dishwasher, and AC- washer/dryer- all brand new. King size bed, rain shower and 2 small balcony’s. ( one off the master and one off the living room.
Front door patio overlooking the central garden full of birds and butterflies. Shared pool and tennis courts and courtyard BBQ area.
Located directly ON the most serene beach with natural rock tide pools and white sandy shoreline. No crowds, no Banda, no vendors. Just a 2min walk on the beach for a full service beach bar and restaurant. Where you can relax in lounge chairs under a palapa. Sip beverages and swim, watch pelicans cruise just above the surf and experience a magnificent sunset.
