We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, the small kitchen was just what we needed for 4 nights of skiing.

Communication was great, easy clear instructions for both check in and check-out. Just as pictured in the photos, clean, plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. Location is perfect across from village and gondola to ski lodge.

No communication from property management and dirty room.Room was nasty with hair everywhere: lots of hair on the bathroom floor, hair on the bathroom counter, and hair in the cutlery drawer.I had to contact the management company twice to get check-in / key instructions and finally received them within 24h of check-in (when booked the management company's letter stated 2 days before whereas VRBO actually stated 3 days before).

Issues that the host assured me would be resolved were not addressed and not followed up on. A second key card to the unit that was supposed to be available upon check-in was missing. Was told the card would be made available to me but was never provided.

Clean room. Kitchen was well stockedWith the essential items to cook small meals. The bed was very comfortable . Very nice hotel with coffee downstairs, not free but the kitchen has a coffee maker if needed. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because it was out of our budget. There is a free trolley right down the steps from the entrance. Also the location is excellent right across the street from the village. We would stay again. Only con was communication with Virbo is back in forth thru email. Would have been easier just communicating thru the app directly.
