Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, game room, living areas, laundry room, and fenced backyard. The only off-limits area is a locked supply closet in the master bathroom and downstairs kitchen, used to store host cleaning supplies and equipment.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All items in the house are inventoried by room, before and after every stay. Please leave all items where you found them.
Kindly clean the grill and fire pit after use to avoid a $100 cleaning fee.
Any towels and wash rags missing after respective guest's stay will be charged to the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Strictly no smoking or vaping. • No events or parties. • All cooking oil discard into Trash. Quite Hours begins at 10pm.
• Four vehicles allowed to be parked on the premises at once. • No loud music and please keep noise level to a minimum in respect for the neighbors.
• No open flames or candles. • Report Any damages immediately. • Please only use toilet paper, no flushable items, paper towel, feminine items etc.
