This layout is designed for connection—everyone can spread out while still feeling together.

**Pier Information: The home has two pier spots. One is leased annually, and the second is designated for our guests. We will notify you ahead of time if the annual renter expects to be on site. If they plan to do so, they will walk along the beach side property line.
