Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet, safe residential area, perfect for travelers on a budget, working professionals, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

You will be renting a room in this home and will be able to fully enjoy the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a spacious backyard and patio area, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Your private bedroom comes equipped with a closet with hangers, TV, mirror, dresser, queen bed, night stand and a lamp. Your room has a keypad and a customized code will be given just for your stay. You’ll share a clean, well-maintained bathroom with the guest renting room #1 only.

Everything in the home is just as shown on the pictures. The room has everything you need to get ready for your day.

You will have a dedicated space in the fridge and kitchen cabinets so you can prepare and store your meals comfortably.

There’s plenty of driveway parking, and the neighborhood is calm and friendly.

Please note: Access to the garage and two other bedrooms is restricted. Two other rooms may be occupied, making it a great space to meet like-minded travelers while still enjoying your privacy, or for those traveling for work, or looking for a budget friendly space.
