Regarding access to the property, detailed arrival instructions were provided prior to your stay, including how to enter the home; however, it appears those instructions may have been overlooked. When you contacted us, our team worked to assist with access and address the garage door confusion. With regard to the hurricane evacuation, while travel insurance was not purchased, we did review your reservation and provided a refund for the difference owed due to the mandatory evacuation. Because your review states that no reimbursement was provided, we respectfully request that you update your post to reflect the refund that was issued. We always strive to provide accurate information and fair resolutions when circumstances outside of anyone’s control, such as a hurricane, impact a guest's stay.
