Amazing . Ethan is a spectacular host. I love the place. Clean and new appliances. Quiet neighborhood parking was easy.

Great location newly renovated but I few things to improve the door handles on the closets where broken bedroom 2 breakers tripped all the time and the front door doesn’t have a proper way to lock it from the inside but I will definitely recommend and I will stay there when I’m back to New York

Good amount of space. Never was able to find remote or use TV but minimally impacted my stay. Breaker for one room kept tripping so they had no lights most of the time.

We had a few issues during our stay that definitely affected our experience. When we first arrived, the bathroom had not been cleaned, so the host had to send another cleaner out to take care of it. There was also hair all over the couch, which we pointed out to the cleaner, and she ended up vacuuming the entire couch. The floors were sticky and had stains.Two of the beds were not properly on the bed frames because the support slats were missing or collapsed, so they couldn’t be used for sleeping. Because of this, one of my friends had to sleep on the couch. Part of the apartment also didn’t have power because one of the breakers was not working. When we tried to switch it back on, it immediately shut back off, so we ended up using flashlights in that bedroom.We did reach out to the host, and in the beginning he was pretty communicative. He acknowledged the issues and said he would give us a partial refund, but that never happened. When discussing the refund, he mentioned Vrbo taking fees from him and seemed hesitant to refund. Since it was New Year’s Eve and finding another place on short notice at a reasonable price wasn’t realistic, we made the best of the situation and stayed.On the positive side, the location was great and the host allowed early check-in. Having a bus stop, grocery store, and bodega right across the street was super convenient. It was also nice having access to a washer and dryer, but I would recommend that the host add a blow dryer to the unit.
