Totalmente remodelada en 2017, esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra a 8 minutos a pie de las hermosas playas del norte de Dennis y ha cedido los derechos de la playa privada de la Asociación de Propietarios de Propiedades Nobscussett (NPOA). Ubicada en un gran bloque ajardinado, la encantadora casa se distribuye en dos niveles con amplias salas de estar, una hermosa cocina, una gran terraza, sala interior / exterior, "salón para niños" y mucho espacio para el entretenimiento. Camine hasta el pueblo en 10 minutos para ir a la heladería, la tienda de dulces, restaurantes, bares, panaderías, "Showtime Pizza", "Cape Playhouse & Cinema" y "Dennis Public Market". Los restaurantes populares, Chapin's y Gina's By The Sea, están en el vecindario. There isn't one thing I can think of as a negative about our stay. The house is wonderful, great space to spread out, clean, updated, has a/c, and best of all the location is perfect.

Without a doubt this house is an A+ Spacious, clean, well maintained. Great location. Near beaches, restaurants. Adam ( owner) very responsive ( not that we needed anything). One of the best VRBO choices we have made over the years.

AMAZING HOME

This property was a true home away from home..but better! Stocked with everything you could need and much much more. Exceptional condition of home and furnishings- by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Adam was responsive and a breeze to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Second time, may make it a regular thing

Off-season, but still amazing. House clean and spacious, five minute walk to the beach (even when it's cold!). Dennis has many places to eat, and walk to. Could only be better in the summer. No complaints.

Fabulous Cape Cod Home for a family vacation!

What a wonderful home for a family vacation! The house was beautifully designed and updated with so many modern appliances. It was welcoming, clean and was located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The location is a plus because it it not a far walk to the beach and not a far drive to all the wonderful sights in the Cape. Adam was a wonderful host and was available if we had any questions. My family truly enjoyed our time at this fabulous home!

Lovely home close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! We walked to the beach daily, and had our dinners out on the deck each evening. The house had it all, and accommodated 6 adults and one toddler comfortably. There are so many different seating spaces throughout the house. It is tastefully decorated, and Adam was easy to comminicate with. We hope to return next year!

Another great stay

The house is in a great location. Walking or short drive to beaches, grocery store. Neighborhood is beautiful. The house is much bigger than if you simply drive by it. This visit my wife and I used the master bedroom and my son, daughter-in-law, and baby the bottom floor rooms. Adam ( owner) provides beach chairs and a wagon which is helpful. Lastly, Adam easy to work with.

Family wedding

This house was the best! First it was spotless, second it had everything you could need or want in it. So much space and airy, and the decor, my friends were taken pictures for ideas when they get back home. I couldn’t ask for a better host than Adam, he was so very nice and easy to deal with. Gorgeous Property, Fantastic Trip

Adam was an amazing host. He was friendly, had great communication prior and during the trip and made us feel at home. The house was even more stunning in person than the pictures show. Extremely clean and perfect for our group of six. Every couple had their own bathroom and bedroom with a large bed, which is hard to find. We experienced some rain due to the hurricane and the house had the perfect amount of space to spread out and relax. The fire pit outside was perfect for evening fires and enjoying some wine. Having the private beach only a few minutes walk away was a treat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to a beautiful vacation at a fantastic price. Thanks Adam for making our 2019 trip such a special one!

Family Trip to the Cape for 10

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was very clean and so cute! There were multiple hangout spaces so different groups of people could have space to do different things… like put together an entire 999 piece puzzle (spoiler alert, there was 1 single piece missing… hahaha) The kitchen was perfect for prepping large family meals and with 3 full baths, it easily handled our group of 10. The basement felt a little damp (as basements do) but we were able to air it out with the garage door with screen. Our guests in the basement Queen wished they had a dehumidifier but that and the wish for a fire pit for s’mores (from the kids) were the only things we felt would have made it better. Adam was super attentive and when I was having phone reception issues on the Cape, found a way to make sure we were in communication whenever necessary. Overall, we had a perfect family trip to the Cape and would definitely stay here again!!!

We haven't had any previous comments about needing a dehumidifier in that downstairs queen bedroom - there is a dehumidifier in the utility room - but usually the central air conditioning takes care of any of the typical Cape Cod summer humidity. But thanks for that feedback. We wish we could offer a fire pit too, but in consideration of our elderly neighbors who are sensitive to smoke and noise in the evening, we no longer offer that feature. But we're glad you and your family enjoyed all of the other amenities, the layout and the location of our house. It's truly our happy place. Would be happy to host you again. All the best, Adam

Lovely Dennis home, comfortable and convenient!

This lovely updated home in Dennis is a short walk to a very small neighborhood beach, and just a few minutes' drive to several other public beaches. In addition it is in a very walkable neighborhood with a few restaurants, some gift shops and a nice (but pricey!) market near by. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable with plenty of seating and "hang out" areas, lovely bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. Adam the host was excellent at communication, and helpful with trying to problem-solve our late realization that bedding and towels were NOT provided (but it was all worked out and he even offered solutions.) This quiet neighborhood was very peaceful overall, and we loved sitting out on the deck in the late afternoons to read and relax. This house is otherwise very thoughtfully supplied, but might be difficult for those flying into the area for a stay (regarding bedding/towels). A nice beach wagon and beach chairs, even bicycles were provided as a nice touch also, for those traveling from afar. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for you understanding about the linens. As we discussed, historically, it's been common place for vacation house owners on the Cape to ask guests to provide their own linens. We do have some linens on hand if someone forgets an item, or doesn't have the appropriate size - say, for the king bed. Many houses now offer to put guests in touch with a local linen/towel rental company. This year some of our summer guests who were flying in, etc., took advantage of that service. Next time I'd be happy to put you in contact with the company, if that was helpful. But I'm glad things worked out! Thanks again, Mary. It was pleasure to host you and your family. We had a wonderful time at this house for a three day weekend in the fall. Our kids loved the downstairs area. Owner was very responsive and went out of his way to return an item we accidentally left behind at the property. They did a great job with the renovation of this property, everything was very clean. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and recently remodeled. Another reviewer commented that the beds were uncomfortable - NOT TRUE. They were very comfortable. The kitchen has high end Bosch appliances and is well equipped. The Great Room is very large and well appointed. We were there for a family wedding. It was perfect. Adam was very helpful. We will be back. .

Beach, space and quiet

Host was great, house was gorgeous and had a lot of space for people who have been stuck together for the last year! Beach was pristine and only a 5 minute walk, great food nearby. Perfect getaway. Came off-season but didn’t matter. Would love to return.

Clean, spacious, and easy

My parents, my wife, and our 2.5 year old stayed here for a week in March. It was the shoulder season, so we knew we wanted a house that had lots of indoor space. It was cold enough that we hardly used the outdoor space. Everything about the place was as advertised. No hiccups, clear communication, and we had a blast. The beach is a lovely 5 minute walk down the sidewalk-less street. Its subjective, but I thought the beds were fairly uncomfortable (and squeaky!) and the pillows provided were very lumpy. That being said, we slept fine enough and this is a minor detail in an otherwise lovely home.

Hi Max. I’m glad you had a lovely week’s stay at our house. I think all of the glowing 5 star reviews speak for themselves. As you said, the house is as wonderful as it looks in the listing. Spacious, modern, well appointed, clean and is in a prime location. All of our mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic with a “plush” top. Other guests have said that they were very comfortable. Thanks for alerting me to the one “squeaky” bed. The tightening of a couple of loose screws in the iron bed frame fixed the issue. Of course, I would have attended to it during your stay if I had known. We do provide many types of quality pillows of different types which are in the closets. Perhaps you didn’t see them? Regardless, I'm pleased that you and your family had a very enjoyable stay in our wonderful home. All the best! - Adam

Beautiful remodeled space

Adam was an exceptional host and this property is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Adam went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable. Plenty of puzzles in games and a gorgeous fireplace to keep us all entertained in the off season. It's a quick walk to a beautiful beach and a walk in the other direction to a small market. I can only imagine how fun this place would be in the summer. It is a perfect setup for families with a kids space downstairs and a great room upstairs. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation. A big thank you to Adam and his family for sharing their home!

After vacationing on Cape Cod for over 10 years, we decided to buy this "fixer-upper" in the desirable Nobscussett area of Dennis, close to the legendary Dennis Northside beaches with deeded rights to the NPOA private beach. We put our heart and souls into designing and renovating this 1950's house and we love how it turned out, so (as we cannot be here all the time) we want to share this amazing house and this magic location with other families.
