It is a perfect addition should a group be renting Villa Estrella Mar or Villa Las Puertas as the properties are so close. The balcony of this property is about 30 or so feet from the entrance to the neighboring villa, so not exactly below the balcony as is stated, but conveniently located. Our property is in a quiet residential area but closer to the road so, yes, at times you can hear the big trucks come by, but as a whole this property is exponentially quieter than anything you will find in Zona Romantica and most guests do not find it disruptive. Many of our other reviews mention how quiet and peaceful the property was for them.

Also glad you enjoyed our staff and that housekeeping kept the property clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The free laundry service is always a bonus! Ha walking the stairs to the beach is the perfect way to really earn those margaritas! Of course - sometimes when I am feeling lazy a $2.50 Uber ride back can be tempting!
