John was amazing from the moment we arrived in Kennebunkport! He made sure everything was easy and efficient for our check in. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The space was so great for my family..a wonderful flow throughout the house. Beach was walkable as well as town so it was perfect for us as we were in Kennebunkport to celebrate my daughter's wedding. I would highly recommend this property!!

The location was perfect and house was beautiful. We could walk to town and the beach in 5-10 minutes. Which we did often. The house had all the amenities. The dogs had a great time out in the fenced in area. The adults had a great time around the firepit at night. The kids were happy watching TV! We had two snafus but John the host was very responsive. I would most definitely rent here again!

We had a fantastic vacation at this beautiful Kennebunk home! The house itself is gorgeous and incredibly well-equipped-especially the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. Our family loved spending time in the great game room, while the beautiful patio and fire pit were perfect for relaxing in the evenings.Having a fully fenced yard was a huge plus for our dogs, and the abundance of provided beach equipment made our beach trips a breeze. The location is truly unbeatable; we loved being able to easily walk to both the beach and into town. On top of everything, the host was wonderful and highly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Five stars! We had a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport for a family celebration. We had four families staying at the house, and it accommodated everyone so nicely. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with lots of local touches.There was plenty for everyone to enjoy, including a game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The backyard was great, with a fire pit, grill, and a fenced-in area for our dog; even dog bowls were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals together, and the location could not have been better, an easy walk to both the beach and into town.This was the perfect place for our group to gather, relax, and celebrate. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Great stay and location

Perfect house and location! Loved how easily accessible it was to town and the beach and a great layout for a larger family. Appreciate the surplus of towels, bath products, and beach supplies.

Very clean, comfortable and great location

Third time we've stayed and as always the house was perfect for us. Looking forward to another stay. Owners are very easy to work with and the location can't be beat.

Perfect location and house

This place served all of our needs and the owners were very quick to respond to all of our needs. Location was ideal, close to downtown Kennebunkport and the beach. We can’t wait to book our next trip to stay here again.
