This studio is located on the 1st floor and accessible by lift.

Designed with an open-plan floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this studio is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious king size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the stunning Skyline view from your spacious balcony.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The dining area has a beautiful table and chairs to relish your meals in luxury and style.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as a swimming pool with Cabanas, a party hall cum kid's play area, a barbecue deck and a fully equipped health club with state-of-the-art facilities and a sauna and steam.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Travel is convenient with quick access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Ras Al Khor Road, making it easy to reach Downtown Dubai, Dubai Airport, and other major districts. Public transport and taxis are also readily available.

The neighbourhood has plenty of dining choices nearby, including Chowking, Kulcha King, Al Arrab, and several cozy cafés offering international and Middle Eastern dishes.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

One of the nearest bus stops is Al Warsan Fourth – Bus Stop 3, which is served by multiple lines.

For metro access, the closest station is Centrepoint Metro Station (Red Line), which is reachable by bus from War­san.

DXB Airport is 10 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
