We loved our stay at Whispering Palms! There were just a couple of minor things that were a little bit of a nuisance but nothing major. A couple of examples are the lighting in the walk in shower bathroom was a little dark and the chairs in the dining area screech on the floor as you move your chair so if there could be felt pads on them that would make a big difference. The pool was great, we spent a good amount of time in there especially at night, very clean, the water temperature was very nice about 80F. The washer and dryer was very convenient especially with how many beach days we did and we washed our beach towels quite a bit. The kitchen area was nice, it had a lot of necessities that anyone would think of to have. We used the black stone grill a few times and it was nice too, clean, easy to use. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space so you don’t feel like you’re walking over each other all of the time which we really liked. Everything was also close by to where we wanted to go. We’ve been in the area 3 times now since we have family nearby and we pretty much knew our way of the land which was also convenient and helpful! Overall very nice place to stay with family and friends, would definitely recommend, Matt was very helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is also very quiet all considered since it’s close by to the highway which we also liked. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It was perfectly sized for our family and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The pool area was just perfect and where we spent most of our time! The property was clean, generally well-maintained, and we appreciated having a starter set of supplies (paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent) available for us. We have family in the area so it was very conveniently located to spend time with them, as well. I was really looking forward to the espresso machine but unfortunately there was just a basic coffee maker. We will definitely book again for future visits!

Ideal group layout with 2 King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, and a Twin room — comfortable for families and multi-generation stays.
4th bedroom (king room - can be closed off to create a mother in law suite complete with a private kitchenette.

Private heated saltwater pool & spa, screened lanai, and fenced backyard for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

Minutes to Bonita Beach, boat ramps, waterfront dining, parks, and shopping.

Oversized driveway allows boat parking — a rare perk this close to the beach.

Bright, modern, and meticulously updated, making it perfect for long stays or seasonal escapes.

Designed for comfort, with fast WiFi, full laundry, open-concept living, and several TVs.
