Located right across from Kahana Beach, 15 Minutes north of Lahaina, 5 Minutes from Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Resort! Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. There is no Washer and Dryer in this unit. However there is a coin-operated laundry in Lahaina town, which is open 24 hours a day. It’s behind Taco Bell and Pizza Hut at 1036 Limahana Place, Lahaina, Hi 96761
Grab a drink and relax on your lanai, watch the surfers at the S-Turns surf break, enjoy beautiful rainbows, spectacular sunsets and from Christmas through April you can even watch the humpback whales playing in the Pacific Ocean.
Separate master bedroom with a king size bed ('Westin Heavenly Bed'), second bedroom in the loft over the living room with a comfortable queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. This unit is ideal for 2- 4 people. Not ideal for small children due to the second bed being in the loft. Only one bathroom (with a large shower stall, no tub).
Tile floor throughout the hallway, kitchen, bathroom and living room and wood/laminate floors in the bedroom & loft make this a very clean & bright unit. Large flat screen TV with DVD player, free high speed Wifi Internet, and free calls to anywhere in North America and the European Union.
The Kahana Villas offer a swimming pool, a hot tub and a tennis court (all free for you to enjoy). We provide beach equipment (beach towels, snorkel masks, beach chairs, boogie board, cooler) as well as tennis racquets and balls.
The sandy Kahana Beach is right across the street. This beach is great for swimming, relaxing & playing. There is even a coral reef for snorkeling, where you can see turtles pretty much every day. Restaurants, a brew pub and bars, shops and a coin operated laundry (even a bank and a McDonald's) are all within an easy 5 minute walk.
This unit is located ideally on the top floor and away from both roads, affording full privacy and offering spectacular Ocean Views.
The Kahana Villas are a mixed use apartment complex with fully legal vacation rental units and owner residents, providing many resort amenities, but with a less touristy feel. All state taxes are paid under Hawaii State Tax ID TA006-527-1808-01.

About Chris Weininger
We grew up in Germany. After studying Tourism at the University of Applied Science in Munich, we moved to Hawaii and instantly fell in love with it. We have lived on Maui for 18 years now and can not think of any place we'd rather live.

Enjoy spectacular Ocean Views at a Garden View rate! The extra bedroom in the loft makes this ideal for 3 or 4 guests, but it's so affordably priced that it's a also great option for just two guests.

This condo's amenities, ocean views, and closeness to restaurants, stores, and beaches exceeded our expectations. The owner, Chris Weininger, was very helpful and informative of what the area had to offer and made our vacation a memorable one. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great ocean view, great value!
Beautiful condo with a wonderfully reponsive owner
We rented this condo for two weeks, and they were absolutely wonderful! Chris was very responsive to all of our questions and gave wonderful recommendations. The condo was very well equipped with many amenities including beach equipment (towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, coolers and snorkel equipment) a full kitchen (BONUS!!) with limited spices but plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of bath towels for our stay. There were also some very nice considerations such as facial tissues, etc. The condo was very spacious with good ventilation/ceiling fans and a tidy balcony with a great view. The unit was very clean and well kept.
Parking was a breeze and there was an elevator to the 6th floor that made for easy check in and check out (Who wants to lug all of that luggage up and down stairs!).
The location was very nice with easy access to markets, restaurants, and the beach.
We will definitely be visiting this wonderful spot again!
My wife and I loved our 11 nights at this property. Everything you need for a great vacation. Amazing views. Great beach across the road. Clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner Chris. Would recommend to anyone.

The views of the ocean, the waves, the sunsets, the surfers and in winter even the whales really are surprisingly good considering we are not right on the water, isn't it? Clean, inviting and well-stocked
My two twenty-something sons, my husband and myself were very pleased with the condo and the grounds. We loved the view, enjoyed the scuba gear and beach supplies provided, and slept so well on the beds - especially the king sized, super comfortable bed my husband and I slept on. When there was an issue, Chris handled it immmediately, and the hot tub and pool were an added bonus.
I am very glad you enjoyed your stay in our unit at Kahana Villa so much. I am not surprised you found the bed to be so comfortable, it is a "Heavenly Bed" like the Westin Hotels use. Also good to hear that you enjoyed the view, the grounds, the snorkeling, the pool and the hot tub. Just to clarify for future guests: We provide some snorkel equipment, but not actual scuba gear. However, there is a Maui Dive Shop very close where you can rent scuba gear and get certified to scuba dive. Maybe you should come back soon to explore the underwater world around Maui even more. A hui hou!

Maui has been voted as the best island in the world for the 19th year in a row by the Conde Nast Traveler magazine. We agree. A tropical paradise combined with the conveniences of it being part of the USA, it's the best of both worlds!
We like the WEST SIDE of Maui the best, because it combines good weather, nice beaches, the proximity to the really cute town of Lahaina and the best views of the sunset.
KAHANA is about 10 minutes north of Lahaina and it is a little less touristy, but offers all the conveniences like a beach, shops, restaurants, bars, a bank etc. within easy walking distance.

As most vacation rentals on Maui, we charge a separate cleaning fee. $219 might sound like a lot, but we take special pride in offering you a clean apartment. Therefore, we use a professional cleaning company. They will clean the apartment thoroughly before and after every reservation. They also provide fresh linens and bath & kitchen towels. Good cleaners deserve to make a decent living on Maui. The taxes you see in the quote are required by the State of Hawaii. 4.17% is the GE Tax, 9.25% is the Transient Accommodation Tax. This is a fully legal and permitted vacation rental. All taxes are paid under Hawaii Tax ID W40878658-01.
