Great location that is quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, the room is beautiful and decorated well. The owners greeted us with our names on the front door, a great bottle of wine, a lemon from their tree, and a thoughtful welcome note.

This place was a dream! We were in town for a wedding and wanted a quiet place before all the fun. The villa was perfect!Easy check in and the host even called to provide additional detailed information prior to our check in since she would not be there when we arrived. You could tell they take great pride and care for this place. One parking spot which was perfect. There are stairs getting down to the villa which wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty walking may not be the best option. Once you walk in the views are even better in person!Soft, comfy bed. Hot shower. Utensils, tea, makeup removal wipes, qtips, etc all the little things that make a difference.Easy drive to restaurants. Had a small issue with Wi-Fi going out more than likely because of the rain. Host was prompt and fixed it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. This place was perfect!

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Floresco! To start, Mindy was an excellent host. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. The views were spectacular. She had the place stocked with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. She even offered us beach towels/chairs and games. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful at night, and don’t forget to look up at the stars! And the bed is worthy of mentioning- SO comfortable! This place is truly serene. We will definitely be back!

Such a special place to stay that we ended up setting aside our original plans just to spend more time enjoying the spectacular views and surrounding nature. If you’re a hiker, there are plenty of beautiful local trails within walking distance of the rental.

The space was wonderful! Mindy showed us around when we arrived and left us a bottle of wine and a lemon from her garden! It was so nice to spend time in a more residential part of SB. The mountain views were beautiful and it was sooo nice to return to such a quiet space after a busy day exploring downtown. We’ll be back!
