Welcome to The Cornerstone- A warm, family friendly historic home just minutes from downtown Greenville and the hospital . Thoughtfully updated for comfort while preserving its original charm, Cornerstone is perfect for families and guests traveling with pets. We have added brand new mattresses in every bedroom and given much thought to every amenity you may need during your stay.
With a newly fenced in yard complete with a fire ring and patio area, you will find this old house to be very welcoming.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We stayed here for four weeks while hosting Roosecon Summer 2026, our annual gathering of friends who come together for board games, food, laughter, and a lot of time spent catching up. After a month, we can genuinely say this house felt like home.The house was comfortable, spacious, clean, and exceptionally well suited for a longer stay. The large dining table became the center of our gathering, the kitchen handled weeks of cooking for a group, the beds and linens were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the sunroom, and having a fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog. The home was also very pet-friendly and easy to live in with our two cats.The location was another pleasant surprise. Greenville is quiet and easy to get around, with beautiful parks and trails, a charming downtown, local restaurants and coffee, a great movie theater, and all the everyday shopping and conveniences you could need just minutes away.Most importantly, the hosts were welcoming and hospitable throughout our extended stay. When you spend four weeks somewhere, you get to know a property in a way you simply don't during a weekend visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed living here.This house became part of the Roosecon Summer 2026 story, and we left with a lot of wonderful memories made under its roof. We would absolutely stay here again.
