Historic building with a beautifully updated loft in Downtown Perryville. Conveniently located near restaurants, a local coffee shop, boutiques, shopping, and other attractions around the Downtown Historic Square.

I am always available by phone at 719-671-8235 and am often available in person as well.

Downtown Perryville hosts community events throughout the year, especially from April through October, including Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square, and more. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and other downtown attractions are all within walking distance.
