Located in the heart of Aventura. Directly across from a 3 mile circle golf course where you can walk ride bikes exercise etc. Minutes away from Aventura Mall and walking distance to place of worship.

On the first floor with view to the marina. Steps to the pool Jacuzzi gym and access to community BBQ. It is located in resort like setting. Apartment has fully-equipped kitchen, 3 televisions and 2 master bedrooms. Washer and dryer in apartment.

Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. Direct access to the resort like pool area through the patio. Very quiet and serene setting. Very family friendly.

We can provide a crib if needed and other accessories.
The place is equipped with everything needed to feel like your at home.
Fully-equipped kitchen, towels, sheets, washer and dryer. Flat screen televisions in every room. Sofa bed in living room. We provide fast access free WIFI.

We can provide special accessories for Shomer Shabbat upon request.
Walking distance to place of worship.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Drora’s apartment.Every amenity one could need for a wonderful vacation was there.The pictures in the listing were definitely accurate and everything was so clean and nice. Drora is a wonderful host doing everything possible to make us feel welcome ,and she was very easy to communicate with. We definitely would stay here again!

Family visit to Aventura

The Aventura Yacht Club is a great place to stay while visiting the Miami area. The pool and complex anm as well as local beach areas are all great. This apartment was well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies and lots of extra towels. Feels like staying at a relative’s house. Communication was excellent.

Fun in Aventura

We had a great time at Drora’s condo, the convenience to the pool, ground floor patio, and the nice layout (each couple had their own area). Drora was a great communicator and even gave us some dining options. Loved it.

My go to place in Miami!

Drora was lovely! The apartment was great! We told her about my 1 year old son and his need of a high chair: Drora went out and bought one for us to have during our stay. She got a small tub for his baths. Everything was plainly put: PERFECT! We will be definitely go back to her place!

Loved Our Host!

The host of this property made our stay as great as it was. She was very kind, accommodating, communicative - everything you’d want your host to be. The property was very clean, well-kept, and quite homely. The only issues we came across were the hot tub and the general atmosphere of the area where the property is located. The hot tub was just not as clean as we’d hoped. When we got out, we noticed there was muck all over the back of our bathing suits. As for the atmosphere, the people aren’t unfriendly, but the micro-aggressions were inescapable. A lot of discreet rudeness. However, overall, we truly enjoyed the property itself!

Great location for beach and pool access

Comfortable unit. Had everything we expected. Owners were very responsive and friendly. 10 -15 minutes from beach by car. Nice 3 mile walking path across street. 200 feet from pool out back door. Nice vegetation on grounds. Lots of parking. Miami airport and Fort Lauderdale airport were 30minutes away with good traffic. We went to Hollywood beach off Harrison Street. Nice public parking ramp and 1 block to nice beach and boardwalk with restaurants and bathrooms. Be sure to rent a peddle cart-fun! You can walk to Green Pointe restaurant which was good. Only negative which isn't owners fault was the traffic. Just pick your times and you'll be ok. I would buy a SunPass for car next time. Weather was great 75-80 sunny most days. We had a great time!

Escaping the New York Winter

We spent 3 delightful weeks in Drora's beautiful condo in Aventura. The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the yachts. The location was excellent. We went to the Hollywood Beach often which was only about a 15 minute drive. We walked the loop daily around the Turnery Golf course across the street. The pool and hot tub at the condo were great. Dora was very easy to communicate with us.

Great Host, excellent location!

Drora is great, staying at her property is like being home, she greats you and the apartment is full of complimentary items, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and many others. I asked her if she had a bed railing for my baby, she didnt and bought one for me! That was so nice. Location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches. Overall it is great place, thank you Drora!

Clean, comfy and central

Drora was very hospitable, when she said everything is available in the apartment, she meant everything. I didn't have to buy anything at all. From laundry detergent to coffee to toothpaste. Felt like home away from home. Lovely pool, tennis courts, basketball and gym. Right near Aventura Mall. The week flew by because it was a lovely experience. Can't wait to return. Great value for money. Oh and the beds are super comfy. Thanks again Drora for everything.

Delightful, Tranquil 5 Star Experience

This condo has it all! Absolutely beautiful and immaculate. This roomy and deluxe condo was perfect in every way. The unit has a beautiful, new and fully stocked kitchen. Washer and Dryer with supplies, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and Living Room. Ceiling fans and central air. Steps from the entrance to building and close to pool without hearing any noise. We could move in full time and be oh so happy. Very close to restaurants, stores and much more. Excellent building security and easy parking. All one needs is a reservation and their suitcase and you will have a fabulous accommodation located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach. Perfect location for any activity.

Your best choice!

The apartment is in a very privileged and safe location. It’s distribution is great, and the beds are very comfortable too! Kitchen is well equipped, it even has a panini maker ;). just perfect

we were here over the first days of succot and it could not have been nicer. Drora and Ben are lovely and very accomodating. The appartment was in immaculate condition, all appliances worked-- especially the AC as the hea/humidityt was brutal this week. The patio was a delight to sit on-- even room for a succah on the grass. The delightful pool was only steps away, and the safra shul around the corner. We will definitely try and stay here again
