The Space:

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Neskowin, this lovely condo boasts third-floor views of the creek, the ocean, and the lush landscaping surrounding it all. Right outside your door, follow the creek out to the beach and breathe in the salty sea air as you explore Proposal Rock and the Neskowin Ghost Forest. When you want to see more of Oregon's coastline, head north to Pacific City to watch the surfers or travel south to take in all that Lincoln City has to offer.



Inside, the interior of your stay is comfortable and bright. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area make family-time effortless. Lounge and relax on the soft seating in the living room as you tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. Or, don your chef's hat and whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen.

    I enjoyed my stay at proposal rock inn. The accommodations were amazing. My granddaughters had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is fabulous and friendly. This is a great beach for family. I’ve been to neskowin for over 35 years and always stay at the inn. Loved it.

    Very clean and cute. The beach is farther away than it appeared on-line, but I found a shortcut through the adjacent neighborhood. The kitchen had all we needed and more. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. I like that the two rooms can be in essence separated with their own doors to the outside. Perhaps consider a grip rail outside the shower to assist older customers get in and out. I would stay there again.

The flexible layout with its separate outside doors was intended to offer that easy, private coastal flow, so it's wonderful that it worked for you.     Everything was great except the check in directions We were given procedure for a Schlage coded door lock but the lock was a Yale that had a slightly different opening procedure After a long day on the road we couldn’t get in the unit which made me very unhappy But my text for help was answered within 5 minutes for the proper procedure to operate door lock I did appreciate that

    Overall a great spot with a wonderful view. The property was well stocked with home and kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again.Pros:Easy beach access, well supplied room, clean upon arrival. A good central location for exploring the Oregon Coast.Cons:A noticeably bad odor when we first arrived in the room. Washer and dryer not located in room. Generic messages from the owner, was difficult to contact them to find the fuse panel.

    This unit is the perfect home base for exploring the Pacific Northwest! It was fully stocked with all the kitchen and bath essentials and a plethora of extra linens. The views of the ocean are spectacular from the balcony. The home was very clean and even had laundry on the same floor if necessary. Highly recommend hiking the cape trail at cape lookout state park down the road and exploring Pacific City about 15 minutes away.

    Loved the location. It faces the creek but the living room had a strategically placed mirror that brought the ocean shoreline directly into the room. Things were clearly and tastefully labeled with clear instruction on how to operate the remotes.we would return in a heartbeat!

    Wonderful time

    The unit is well stocked. The coffee machine was awesome. Views were great and beach proximity very good. Our only disappointment was that the deck chairs were AWOL. We reported this and I’m certain that the owners have already taken care of it.

    It was an enjoyable stay, exactly as advertised but the check in was frustrating. The door code was wrong. Alternate code didn’t work. Ultimately, gained access to a physical key.

    The condo was very well-furnished and the view of the ocean was lovely! We were unable to check in when we arrived due to the code not working which is quite an inconvenience. VRBO and the management team should make sure this does not happen to the next guests. My hubby slipped in the bathtub while taking a shower due to the very slippery tub floor. There were no bath mats in site. Other than that, I would stay again and enjoyed my visit!
