This huge old house is in the heart of Riverside Park. It’s gorgeous and has such character. A huge porch with lots of furniture. We had morning coffee out there each day. It’s on a busy street so you can hear traffic at night but that is hidden with fan noise. It’s was over 100 degrees and we had a pool day the weekend we stayed. The pool was cold and refreshing. They had rafts and floaties - we brought some too and left them for the next guests. It was a fun day. Two huge umbrellas you can move to create shade. Ladder golf and a grill, a hot tub and lots of lounge chairs. The air conditioning works great. I saw three units. Darkening shades in each room. The bedrooms are wonderful. 5 bedrooms 4 of which have king size beds and 3 bathrooms upstairs. Ideal for adult children needing their own space. We will be back especially in the heat of the summer. Many TVs and entertainment Galaga game that my boys got high score on. Bring a fan! And you will enjoy this spacious house.

Great for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were great and we loved being within walking distance of Riverside park and spray grounds. The bunk and extra lounge/play room was perfect for the kids.

We had a wonderful time with the group suggesting our next get together be in same location. Pool and hot tub was clean as was entire home. Enough room and facilities for our large group. The play kitchen was a big hit with my great grand daughter ! 5 stars all around. Only suggestions are the light in the bathroom at the top of the stairs flickers and the shower head pole in the small bath upstairs is loose. Linens are great and pool supplies helpful. We left our pool toys for others to enjoy.
