Wow!! What a view! Everything about this experience was excellent.. from booking to checkout things went smoothly and as planned. Also.. the host Casago is amazing. I actually left two necklaces behind. Casago located the items and is sending them to me as I write this review. That is a first time ever and I would book this venue again with no hesitations!!! Well done to everyone.. we appreciate you!! Thank you very much.

The good thing about this property is the view, the pool is nice the pictures are accurate. Now for the negative…… The bed is horrible and hard Murphy bed my camper has a better bed. There is only one blanket bring your own. This one is very warm and thick. The best part No water!! No warning!!! No toilets nothing!! And trying to get answers from the host… ? strictly by text talking to anyone who can give me answers non existent. I woke up to banging in the room next door at 6am.. this has not been a relaxing stay I wouldn’t recommend it unless you dont mind trying to find a toilet and don’t need a shower to wash the sand and sweat off.. not worth the price..

We understand how frustrating the unexpected water outage was, and unfortunately, it was due to an emergency issue for which we were not provided advance notice or updates by the HOA. We also apologize if our communication did not meet your expectations during this time. Regarding the bedding, we provide the standard linens for the unit, but guests are always welcome to reach out if they need an extra blanket, and we'll gladly assist if one is available. Excellent view! Great communication with Casago. Awesome HOA people. Enjoyed our stay! WiFi was spotty, and water pressure wasn't the greatest. Even with construction going on we had a fabulous time!
