¡Bienvenido a nuestro apartamento para huéspedes de Vermont!

Nuestro apartamento es un alquiler para no fumadores, ubicado en una propiedad para no fumadores *. El apartamento está recién construido dentro de nuestro garaje recién construido. Entrada privada en patio lateral. El apartamento consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial y armario, cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y asientos estilo barra, sala de estar con sofá cama y baño completo con lavadora y secadora. El espacio también contiene un altillo adicional con una cama queen. ¡Es nuevo y tiene un ambiente acogedor y contemporáneo!
La propiedad tiene una ubicación céntrica, a menos de tres millas del lago Champlain, la Universidad de Vermont y el centro de Burlington. Estamos a 30 minutos de Bolton Valley, a 45 minutos de Stowe y Smuggs, ya 50 minutos de Sugarbush. Senderismo, esquí y puestas de sol frente al lago están muy cerca!

A Home Far From Home!

Wonderful experience at our VRBO! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfy with a nice size living room area to hang out in. Great morning walks. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

This had to be one of the most well-done places I've stayed at. The space was decorated nicely, was in a great, convenient location, had everything you could need, and was incredibly organized. There was an extremely comprehensive binder with information on anything you could want. Amy & Brent were great hosts. They reached out to make sure check in went smoothly. The power went out briefly while we weren't there, and they even reached out to let us know so we wouldn't be alarmed when we saw the blinking clocks when we returned. They really go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was just perfect. Amy stayed in contact both before and during the stay and was super helpful. They have thought of everything when it comes to what might be needed during the stay. Temperature and beds were comfortable and everything was super clean and organized. This will be my first choice for stays in Burlington.

Perfect, Quick stay!

My family decided to come up from the south and explore Vermont and New Hampshire, and this was our favorite stay of the trip! The apartment is just minutes away from everything we did while in Burlington. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to prepare us for any issues we may run into before we made it to Vermont (they knew we were hiking and may face possible road closures). They were even so sweet to offer us a place to hang out and stay again as we were traveling during the July airport issues and knew delays/cancellations could happen at any time. They provided so much information about local restaurants and activities that made it easy to find so many things to do. Our daughter (age 8) loved the loft and thought she had the coolest spot to herself. Everything was so clean and you can tell they are very mindful of anything their guests may need while staying in their beautiful home.

First class across the board. Without a doubt, the best VRBO accommodations we’ve ever enjoyed. Amy and Brent were wonderful hosts. Great communication and availability. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable, great location to the sites we were here to see in the Burlington area. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment with our family in South Burlington. The location was great for our plans and close by some great restaurants and activities. The hosts were lovely.

Burlington Base Camp

Conveniently located just outside of downtown Burlington, this little apartment had everything we needed for Marathon weekend. We appreciated the washer/dryer, full kitchen with stocked Keurig, and a spacious step in shower. Normally we look for a place that is right near all the action but this location worked great. The drive into town is an easy 10 minutes with ample parking in town. It wasn't a big deal at all to spend the day in town, come back to the apartment, nap, get cleaned up, then back into town for dinner. I think one day we took a total of 3 trips into town.

Great hosts in a peaceful location

Amy and Brent were very accommodating hosts for our family getaway! We stayed in their apartment with an infant and a toddler and had all that we needed. The house is walkable to various parks and businesses and just a short drive to Burlington. The space inside is clean with a well stocked kitchen and the yard is a nice bonus!

Weekend away

We had an amazing weekend in Burlington. Amy and Brent were fantastic hosts. Even with a surprise snow storm they were very flexible with our plans and willing to accommodate us. Plenty of space and nice to have a full kitchen to be able to cook breakfast in the morning. We hope to return and use them again in the future.

We built this property so that the grandparents could visit our children during trips to the area. The "apartment" has its own entrance, "sleeping loft", a yard and, in the winter, a skating rink!
