Great condo next to the lifts! On the first floor for easy access. Unit had everything we needed. Fresh powder made for a wonderful week of skiing.

Instructions were clear on everything, the unit was clean, well stocked and as pictured. Was awesome to use the fireplace given the fact it was snowing! The Host was great! We had a blast!

Clean and comfortable. There was 1 TV in the main living room. We had teens and they would have liked their own tv. Unit is located near the main entrance which was convenient.

Heather answered promptly and answered any questions and issues right away. I would love to book again and again. We love to snowboard on Giant steps and the trail actually connects right in front of the doorway to the condo. Everything has been renovated. New heating system and appliances. Easy to sign into TV. Our EV car didn't loose any battery since I this condo has it's own underground parking. It saved me from having to stop twice on the way back to Las Vegas to charge. Normally our car will lose battery due to being cold and parked outdoors. We came on a super crowded weekend, and not having to worry about parking since we never had to move our car. Snowboard in and out. We also were able to go back to the condo to eat and refresh ourselves. My younger child loved how it was next to the tubing, and my older child would snowboard on the giants steps next to her tubing waving. The dumpster was very close, so I didn't have to struggle on the ice to throw away the trash when I was leaving. Some other condos I have to drive there, or walk downhill in the snow/ice. Heather's place is top notch for location.

Heather had great communication with me before and during my stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable . The chair lift was a short walk and you could ski back right up to the condo. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Brian Head.
